At Ganakys Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all annual subscriptions.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
  • Full refund of the subscription amount
  • No questions asked
  • Processed within 5-10 business days

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access until the expiration date
  • No refund for the remaining subscription period (after the 7-day window)
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

4. Renewal Refunds

Subscription renewals are non-refundable after the 7-day window. To avoid being charged:

  • Cancel your subscription before the renewal date
  • You will receive reminder emails before renewal
  • Renewal charges are final after processing

5. Exceptions and Special Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Account violations or Terms of Service breaches
  • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
  • Excessive refund requests (suspected abuse)
  • After 7 days from initial purchase date

However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances such as technical issues preventing service access or billing errors.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period:

  3. Briefly explain your reason for the refund request (optional)
  4. We will process your request within 1-2 business days
  5. Refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider

8. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • Access to all courses and content will be revoked
  • Future purchases may be restricted
  • You may be liable for additional fees
