1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ganakys Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing course content or account credentials
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or download content
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Posting or transmitting harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or its infrastructure
• Circumventing any security measures or access restrictions on the Platform

6. User-Generated Content

You may submit reviews, comments, or other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Ganakys Academy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content on the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. We make no guarantees regarding learning outcomes, employment, or certification recognition by third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ganakys Academy and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ganakys Academy from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
