1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ganakys Academy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Account Registration

To access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• One account per person; account sharing is prohibited

3. Subscription Terms

Our Service offers annual subscriptions for $20/year. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

• Subscriptions grant access to all premium courses and content
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers

4. Content License and Restrictions

All course content, including videos, text, images, and downloadable materials, are the intellectual property of Ganakys Academy or our content partners. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may NOT:

• Download, copy, or distribute course content (except designated downloadable resources)
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks from content
• Create derivative works from our content

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service responsibly and not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems to access the Service

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GANAKYS ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ganakys Academy operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
